With experience in the technology industry including hardware, software development, manufacture and sales, Rose applies her knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis and modeling skills to address such diverse industry-specific issues as revenue recognition, investment and capitalization, royalty, to align company goals, objectives and culture to processes, measurements and reporting.

IDEAL™ has successfully executed projects within Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Commissions, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Records and Information Management, Charitable Donations and Procurement.

Revenue recognition as it applies to the technology industry is an especially difficult topic to implement. IDEAL™ has successfully standardized and improved the impact of this topic across functions including interaction with sales, pricing, legal, distribution, accounts receivable and marketing. Using her IBM background and experience as a Finance Manager for a Development Lab and Pricing manager, and as a consultant resolving SEC revenue recognition compliance issues, Rose has lived the history which has become today’s revenue recognition regulations.

Few US accountants have direct IFRS experience transitioning US GAAP to the international standards. IDEAL™ is part of this leading edge collecting lessons learned from those who have successfully transitioned and becoming familiar with the SEC roadmap, IASB pronouncements and project planning.

Depending on the scope of the project and support from senior executives, outcomes can be achieved within 6 to 12 months.
